About Catherine Paschal

Catherine Paschal is a passionate educator with a strong academic background in physics, chemistry, and materials science. Her expertise lies in the field of energy materials, where she completed advanced research and obtained a PhD. As a lecturer at Mwenge Catholic University, she is dedicated to inspiring and educating students on topics such as the physics and chemistry of materials, the structure of the atom, the quantum aspects in physics and chemistry, and computational physics and chemistry. She holds a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering (energy materials), a master's degree in Physics, and a Bachelor of Education in Science (physics and chemistry). Since 2010, Catherine has served as an employee at Mwenge Catholic University, where she has been serving in several positions, from tutorial assistant to lecturer in physics. With her commitment to excellence and a genuine enthusiasm for sharing knowledge, she strives to make complex scientific concepts accessible and engaging for all learners.
